Slaatto S1 Silhouette

After several months of design, prototype reiterations, and generally messing about; it is time to introduce our signature product. The Slaatto S1 Silhouette.

This iconic lamp shade was created to complement our already existing ORB. It surrounds the ORB and accentuates its features and functions. The mounting of the different panels facilitates the light outcome, resulting in interesting shadow patterns that play across floors and ceilings.

The Slaatto S1 petals are adjustable, pivoting around the central ring, resulting in a truly versatile silhouette.

Our designer Øivind Slaatto created the S1 based on the idea of the Orb's light zones and to coin the lamp shade as a complimenting product to it. The modern look and inconspicuous yet unique design blends in perfectly in every home while working smoothly as an exceptional design piece.

The petals on the Slaatto S1 can be adjusted in order to ensure additional flexibility, no matter the placement or the setting. In the above picture, the light is primarily focused toward the ceiling, whilst the petals allow the light to flow out on the area below.

Not only the design of the S1 plays an important role, but also the type of light it is able to produce. The ability of the Orb to not only change its light to any kind of intensity or brightness, but also to show any type of color becomes an even bigger effect when seen with the S1 surrounding it.

The Slaatto S1 seems like you combined all lamps in your room into one. You are finished worrying about the light at home and need nothing more.
